Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to diverse Med-Surg and stroke patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, responding promptly to changes. Educate patients and families on treatment, recovery, and discharge instructions.
