You’ll rotate across key imaging areas depending on clinical need and your certifications, contributing to high-quality diagnostic care throughout the radiology department. Radiology Tech Responsibilities Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams following provider orders and department protocols Support CT, MRI, and Mammography imaging based on certification and competency Complete portable radiography in inpatient, ED, or procedural areas as needed Ensure proper patient positioning, shielding, and safety practices across all imaging areas Prepare rooms, equipment, and supplies for scheduled imaging Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and PACS systems Collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams to support efficient workflow and timely diagnoses Follow all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards Radiology Tech Qualifications ARRT Certification in Radiography required Additional ARRT certifications preferred but not required: CT MRI Mammography Active state licensure as required Current BLS certification Minimum 1 year of recent hospital or imaging-center experience Competency in at least one specialty modality beyond X-ray preferred Experience with GE, Siemens, or Philips imaging systems is a plus Strong knowledge of radiation safety and imaging protocols Compensation & Schedule Pay Rate: $70–$75/hour Shift Options: 4x10 Day Shifts 5x8 Day Shifts 3x10 Day Shifts Contract Length: 13 Weeks Why This Role?
