Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: York, PA Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,486 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Experienced OR RN needed for a high-acuity surgical unit specializing in neuro, trauma, ortho, and robotics . The RN must be comfortable working in a fast-paced Level I setting with complex cases and meet strict on-call response requirements. Candidates must live within 30 minutes of the facility when on call. This is a fragrance- and tobacco-free facility, and care for COVID patients may be required. Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years OR experience Specialty Experience: Neuro, trauma, ortho, and robotics REQUIRED Certifications: BLS (required) EMR: EPIC (required) First-Time Travelers: Not accepted Call Requirements: 12–14 calls per 6 weeks Weekday call: 1–2 nights per week Weekend call: 2 weekends per 6 weeks 30-minute response time required Benefits Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from first day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. • "Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $600 REFERRAL BONUS
