Overview: As a Registered Nurse, you will apply the nursing process

process to ensure high-quality patient care. Maintain
accountability for the care provided to assigned patients. Evaluate
the effectiveness of care from other direct caregivers. Coordinate
patient care with various departments. Safeguard patient rights and
confidentiality. Perform all duties in alignment with our mission
and values. Qualifications: Education: Must have graduated from an
accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN
license in the state of employment, adhering to all state board of
nursing regulations. Certifications: Basic Life Support
certification from the American Heart Association or completion of
the course within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications may be
required based on the specific unit, including but not limited to:
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation
Program) ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) TNCC (Trauma
Nursing Core Course) CPHON (Certified Pediatric/Hematology/Oncology
Nurse) OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life
Support) PEARS (Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization)
S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work,
And Emotional Support) Six Assessment & Care Modules - C-EFM (Fetal
Monitor Certification) Other unit-specific certifications as
required. Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly push, pull,
and/or lift up to 50 lbs. Prolonged standing and walking are
required during shifts. Must be able to grip, reach, bend, kneel,
