ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in York, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/26/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - OR Job Details: • Minimum 2 years of operating room experience required • Neurosurgical experience required - candidates without neuro experience will not be considered • Experience in trauma, orthopedic, and robotics procedures required • Must have Trauma Level II experience required, Trauma Level I experience preferred • 1:1 patient ratio across all shifts • Must be able to function independently in neurosurgery procedures • Care for patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics • Daily census of 50-60 patients with 18 operating rooms available • Weekend coverage required with 2 weekend call shifts every 6 weeks • Call requirements include 1-2 calls per week Monday through Thursday • 30-minute callback response time required • Holiday coverage on call basis as needed by department • Maximum 7-day requested time off per contract • BLS certification required (AHA or ARC only) • EPIC charting system experience required • Must complete 5-6 hours of pre-start modules • No floating required • First-time travelers not accepted • Tobacco and fragrance-free facility • Clean nursing license required with no license hits accepted Facility: This healthcare facility is a 593-bed medical center that provides comprehensive surgical services with a focus on neurosurgery, trauma, and orthopedic procedures.
