ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in York, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - OR Job Details: • Neurosurgery experience required - candidates without neuro experience will not be considered • Additional required experience: neuro, trauma, ortho, and robotics • Minimum 2 years of experience required • First-time travelers not accepted • Must be able to function independently in neurosurgery • Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC only) • EPIC experience required • Patient ratio of 1:1 for all shifts • Care for patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics • Weekend coverage required with 2 weekend call shifts every 6 weeks • Call requirements: 1-2 calls per week (Monday-Thursday) with 30-minute callback response time • Holiday coverage on call basis per department need • Maximum 7-day requested time off policy • No license hits accepted • Must complete pre-start modules (5-6 hours, billable) • Tobacco and fragrance-free facility • May care for COVID patients • Manager interview required after clinical screening Facility: This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive medical facility with 593 beds and 18 operating rooms.
