ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in York, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - OR Job Details: • Work either 4 ten-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) or 3 twelve-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) • No guaranteed block scheduling available • 1-2 call shifts per week (Monday-Thursday) starting after your shift until 7:00 AM the next morning • 30-minute callback response time required • 2 weekend call shifts every 6 weeks starting at end of Friday shift until 7:00 AM Monday • No scheduled weekend shifts (call only) • Holiday coverage on call basis per department need • Must have neuro, trauma, ortho, and robotics experience required • Minimum 2 years of experience required • First time travelers not accepted • BLS certification required (AHA or ARC only) • EPIC experience required • Patient ratio of 1:1 • Must be able to function independently in neurosurgery • Care for patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics • Work in 18-room operating suite within 593-bed facility • Daily census of 50-60 patients • Maximum 7 days RTO per contract • No license hits accepted • Tobacco and fragrance free facility • Manager interview required • Pre-start modules required (5-6 hours, billable) Facility: This healthcare facility is a comprehensive medical center featuring an 18-room operating suite within a 593-bed hospital system.
