Key Responsibilities - Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and exercise routines - Support residents’ emotional and physical well-being with dignity and compassion - Prepare and assist with meals; feed residents as needed - Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and overall condition - Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges - Follow individualized care plans under the supervision of licensed nurses - Maintain resident confidentiality and promote rights and safety - Attend required training, in-services, and meetings - Participate in resident engagement and recognition activities - Ensure a clean, safe environment and report hazards promptly Work Setting - Long-Term Care Facility - Nursing Home - Rehabilitation Center Shifts Available - Day Shift - Night Shift - Overnight - Includes rotating weekends and potential overtime What You Bring - Valid CNA License (Required) - At least 1 year of caregiving experience (Preferred) - Ability to commute or relocate to Coal Township, PA 17866 (Required) - A heart for seniors and a commitment to quality care
