Job Title: Nurse Manager of Surgical Services Position: Nurse
Manager of Surgical Services Location: Arlington, Texas ( Offering
$15K Sign on Relocation) We’re looking for a dynamic Nurse Manager
of Surgical Services to oversee a high-performing operating room
team in a modern surgical setting. This is an exciting leadership
opportunity for an RN with deep surgical expertise and a passion
for advancing both clinical quality and staff development. What
You’ll Do: Direct, coordinate, and evaluate the delivery of
perioperative nursing care Supervise and mentor a surgical team of
60 professionals across 14 OR suites Partner with the OR Educator
to design and deliver staff education Develop department goals,
policies, and performance standards Maintain fiscal oversight for
operating and capital budgets Serve as liaison between OR staff,
administration, medical staff, and other hospital departments Drive
excellence in patient care, safety, and satisfaction metrics What
You’ll Bring: Current RN license (state or compact) BLS
certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing CNOR preferred Minimum 5 years of
staff-level OR RN experience At least 2 years of acute care OR
leadership experience Strong clinical knowledge in surgical nursing
