Job Description Job Description Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, supervise CNAs and LPNs, and ensure compliance with all health and safety standards. Responsibilities: Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and responses to treatment Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team, and families Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs to ensure quality care Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state/federal regulations Participate in care conferences, audits, and quality improvement initiatives Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania Current CPR certification (or willing to obtain upon hire) Strong clinical and assessment skills Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required What We Offer: Competitive pay (based on experience) Flexible scheduling options Comprehensive benefits package Supportive management and team atmosphere Opportunities for advancement and continued education
