(CVOR) Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: February 16, 2026
Location: 252 S 4th St, Lebanon, PA 17042 Schedule Shift: Day shift
– 5x8s Hours: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM Schedule: Monday–Friday Call: Every
3rd weekday 1–2 weekends per month Weekends & Holidays: As needed
Required Qualifications Active RN license (no license hits accepted
– hard stop) Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience ACLS & BLS (AHA or
ARC only) EPIC EMR experience required Ability to take CVOR call
Must pass facility compliance and clinical prescreen Must comply
with tobacco-free and fragrance-free facility policy Additional
Requirements & Notes COVID-19 vaccine required (medical/religious
exemptions allowed) Flu vaccine required (medical/religious
exemptions only) RTO: Maximum of 7 days Travelers may care for
COVID patients Modules are billable and completed pre-start (5–6
hours) Travel pairs accepted (matching schedules not guaranteed)
