Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: State College, PA Agency: Adelphi Medical Staffing Pay: $54 per hour Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Summary: Ref : M-RN-293046 Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Job Type: Contract/Travel Start Date: ASAP Location: State College, PA Shift Schedule: 6:45a-7:15p Shift Type: Days Rate: $1,930/36-hours Requirements: Active RN license in the practicing state. ER experience or acute care background preferred. Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills. BLS required; ACLS, PALS, or TNCC certifications preferred Responsibilities: Triage and assess patients upon arrival. Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions. Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians and team members. Maintain accurate documentation of care and patient records. Educate patients and families on treatment and follow-up care. Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives in the ER.
