Job Description:
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking an experienced and
dynamic Director of Rehab to lead our dedicated team in providing
high-quality rehabilitation services across our facilities. As
Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of
physical, occupational, and speech therapy services, ensuring that
patient care meets the highest standards of service and efficiency.
This role demands a proactive leader who is passionate about
enhancing patient outcomes through innovative therapy solutions and
exemplary team management. You will collaborate with healthcare
professionals and administrative staff to foster an environment of
continual improvement and patient-centric care. Manage and oversee
the daily operations of rehabilitation services (physical,
occupational, speech therapy). Develop and implement policies and
procedures that ensure the quality of therapy services and
compliance with industry standards. Lead, mentor, and develop a
team of therapists and support staff to enhance their professional
growth and ensure high-quality patient care. Coordinate with
healthcare providers, administrators, and other stakeholders to
integrate and optimize therapy services across the facility.
Analyze patient outcomes and therapy processes to identify areas
for improvement and implement innovative solutions. Manage the
department's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources while
maintaining high standards of care. Stay updated with the latest
industry trends and techniques in rehabilitation therapy to ensure
state-of-the-art care. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth
knowledge of rehabilitation services and therapy program
management. Competency in budget management and resource
allocation. Ability to lead and inspire a team. Proficiency in
compliance and regulatory requirements. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid physical therapist,
occupational therapist, or speech therapist licensure (as
applicable). Certification in healthcare management or leadership
(preferred, but not required).
