Manage ventilator support for critically ill patients. Educate patients and their families on respiratory health and ongoing care procedures. Maintain patient records thoroughly and comply with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Expertise in respiratory care therapy Proficiency in using ventilators and other respiratory equipment Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Valid state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist
