Evaluate patient conditions based on their medical histories and goals. Develop customized treatment plans to meet specific needs of patients. Implement therapeutic interventions for patients and adjust as necessary. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and preventive measures. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to integrate physical therapy with overall patient care. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Proficiency in designing and executing effective treatment plans. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Knowledge of regulatory healthcare standards.
