Type: Travel Contract Shift Type: 3x 12-hour day shifts per week,
06:45 AM - 07:15 PM, every other weekend (Day) Hours per Week: 36

people heal. Roles & Responsibilities Assess the physical and
learning needs of childbearing women, neonates, and families to
build individualized plans of care Perform initial assessment and
stabilization of neonates when needed Implement nursing
interventions and evaluate outcomes to ensure high-quality care
Document care thoroughly using EPIC and support the team during the
Meditech to EPIC transition Provide patient and family teaching to
promote self-care and newborn care confidence Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to coordinate referrals and support at-risk
families Advocate for patient safety and a hazard-free environment
that promotes recovery and wellness Qualifications Current
Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) licensure Completion of an
accredited registered nurse program required Neonatal Resuscitation
Program (NRP) certification, current Basic Life Support (BLS) for
Healthcare Provider, current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
for Healthcare Provider, current Hands-on Labor & Delivery
experience with neonatal stabilization Comfortable and experienced
with EPIC (must) and familiar with Meditech to support the EHR
transition Strong verbal, non-verbal, and written communication
skills and ability to work well on a team Education Completion of
an accredited registered nurse program Knowledge & Skills Patient
assessment across the childbearing lifespan and neonates
Development and implementation of individualized plans of care
Neonatal stabilization and newborn care best practices Care
planning and patient/family teaching Thorough documentation in EPIC
and support for EHR transitions Excellent communication,
collaboration, and teamwork abilities Professionalism, sound
judgment, and emotional resilience in high-stress situations
