Job Type: Weekend Shifts At The Manor at Penn Village, we are not

Nurses who bring not just skill but heart – nurses who want to make

respect, and teamwork. Major Responsibilities Provide compassionate
and high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their
individualized care plans. Supervises staff and oversees patient
care in accordance with standards of care and practice and
applicable state/federal regulations. Supervises CNAs and LPNs
during shifts, including assigning and distributing work,
performance management, and ensuring work is performed in
accordance with facility standards. Monitor residents' conditions,
assess symptoms, and administer medications and treatments as
prescribed. Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and
interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best care for residents.
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
Educate residents and families about health conditions and care
plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance
with state and federal regulations. Provide compassionate,
high-quality nursing care to residents in a warm, home-like
setting. Offer comfort, encouragement, and clinical expertise –
every shift, every resident. Minimum Qualifications Must be a
Registered Nurse (RN) with an active, unencumbered state license.
Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or
geriatric nursing preferred. Strong clinical skills and a passion
for patient-centered care. Ability to multitask, work in a
fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing resident needs.
Strong teamwork and communication skills. Reliability – report to
work on time when scheduled. A gentle, respectful approach when
communicating with residents. Team spirit and a positive attitude.
