Job Description Job Description Job Position: Speech Language Pathologist ~ $1,500 Sign On Bonus Location: Philipsburg, PA 16866 Description: Birch Agency is currently seeking Speech Language Pathologists to work in person with students in Philipsburg , PA for the 2025-26 school year. The positions are fulltime, and the SLPs will provide services to students from elementary through high school. Interviews are being held as soon as possible. $1,500 Sign On Bonus! Opportunities Available: Full-time SLP Job Responsibilities: Screen new students for Speech/Language disorders Evaluate students referred with speech/language disorders to determine the degree and severity Provide Speech Therapy to students with a wide variety of disabilities Complete appropriate paperwork following state guidelines Attend IEP Meetings Confer with parents and develop home programs when necessary Consult with Teachers Work as a part of the Special Ed team Provide thorough and accurate documentation in a timely fashion Benefits: 401 (k) with employer matching Health, Dental, Vision Insurances Short Term Disability PTO Weekly pay Required Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech and Communication PA School based Speech Language Pathologist State Licensure/Certification ASHA Certification Birch Agency is hiring Speech Language Pathologist for positions throughout Pennsylvania and the United States.
