Opportunity at MSK: Join our team as a Clinical Nurse in Koch
Perioperative Services. We're looking for a dynamic nursing
professional eager to showcase compassionate, evidence-based
nursing care skills and make a meaningful impact in our
Perioperative department. Are you ready to join our dynamic Nursing
Team? Role Overview: The Clinical Nurse II will provide
high-quality, patient-centered care across the following
perioperative services: Pre-surgical (PSC) ServicesPost-Operative
(PACU) Services Interventional Radiology (IR), Endoscopy and Bone
Marrow Under Sedation Assure completion of required diagnostic and
evaluative tests, providing related patient education programs and
pre-operative clinical assessments. Work reciprocally with other
members of the perioperative team. Implement the nursing process
for surgical patients requiring monitoring and nursing
interventions in an acute PACU setting Assure completion of
required diagnostic and evaluative tests, providing related patient
education programs and post-operative clinical assessments. Key
Qualifications: New York State RN license and BSN Critical Care,
Telemetry, Pre surgical or post-surgical experience preferred
Strong IV Skills a plus BLS, ACLS 1-2 years of surgical oncology
experience a plus Core Skills: Willing to take action and eager to
embrace new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of
urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. A good decision-maker, with
proven success at making timely decisions that maintain high
standards of nursing care within the organization. Actively seeking
new ways to grow and be challenged, using both formal and informal
development. Approachable and comfortable with diverse groups of
people and able to make others comfortable with you. An effective
communicator, capable of determining how best to reach different
audiences and executing communications based on that understanding.
Capable of building strong customer relationships and delivering

Schedule: 10 Hour shifts, Monday - Friday flexed hours 6.30am -
9.00 pm with flexibility to work weekends as needed Reporting To:
Nurse Leader, Perioperative Services Pay Range: $110,700.00 -
