strong opportunity for growth. What You'll Do Under the direct
supervision and guidance of the COO the Chief Operating Officer.
The mental health professional will serve as the Clinical Director
of the mental health program. The Clinical Director
responsibilities will include managing the clinical operations of
the program, providing clinical consultation and guidance to the
clinical team, managing intake and admission of program
participants, and maintaining the program’s census and participant
discharges. Responsible for development and training of new and
existing staff, onboarding and offboarding of MHRS staff.
Responsible for the growth and financial viability of the program
under MHRS programs. He/she will also ensure the completion of all
clinical documentation, and work cooperatively with other team
members to ameliorate the symptoms of those assigned to his or her
caseload. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and

providing excellent care to clients. Assists in developing and
implementing policies and procedures in compliance with facility
policies and the Mental Health Rehabilitation Audits client’s
records to ensure compliance with quality standards and
specifically monitors treatment plans, progress notes, medication,
education and management, discharge summaries and plans. Ensures
compliance with regulations and guidelines issued by the District
of Columbia Department of Behavioral Health and Medicaid Program
and other applicable laws and regulations and professional
standards. Trains staff, manages, coordinates, evaluates and
supervises all operations within assigned clinical staff and
treatment services. Provides personnel management functions for all
assigned staff including supervision, annual evaluations,
involvement in hiring, disciplinary actions, etc. and in
consultation with Human Resources. Provides individual and group
supervision to improve the skills and production of staff. Oversee
timely completion of insurance authorizations / re-authorizations
and discharges. Performs a full range of clinical social work
services in support of the patient’s primary therapist / treatment
team. Completes psychosocial assessments, intake evaluations,
outpatient assessments, person-centered treatment plans,
family/individual therapy; and assists in program development and
implementation. Maintains client records and completes all
documentation on a “real-time” basis. Assists in innovation,
development and implementation and evaluation of services. Core
