Job Description:
Ivy Rehab is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to
join our dynamic team, providing unrivaled personalized outpatient
physical therapy to children from infancy through adolescence. As a
valued team member, you will work within a supportive environment
that focuses on evidence-based, tailored therapeutic interventions

Evaluate the motor skills and developmental status of pediatric
clients to create personalized treatment plans. Implement
age-appropriate physical therapy interventions based on scientific
evidence to help children reach their maximum potential. Educate
family members and caregivers on home-based exercises and
strategies to aid ongoing pediatric development and therapy goals.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers such as pediatricians,
speech therapists, and occupational therapists to deliver holistic
care. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as
necessary while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations
and documentation requirements. Strong interpersonal skills to
connect with children and gain their trust. Knowledge of pediatric
diseases and conditions affecting physical function. Skill in using
therapeutic equipment and adapting interventions for pediatric
needs. Ability to communicate effectively with both children and
adults. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid state Physical Therapy license. Certification
in Pediatric Physical Therapy (C/NDT or PCS) is preferred but not
required.
