Assess patient conditions through concise health history taking and physical examinations. Administer medications as prescribed and document all patients' health progress. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate integrated patient care. Educate patients and their families about the treatment plans and adjustments needed during recovery phases. Implement nursing care plans and assist in procedures as needed. Monitor patient recovery and make necessary adjustments to care plans in coordination with healthcare teams. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Effective communication and interpersonal skills Capability to work as a part of a team in high-pressure situations Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in using healthcare software for patient management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
