Surgical; 5% Others % of Rotation/Frequency: 80% Main OR; 15%
Surgery; 5% L & D Case Mix: - OP: Bread & Butter - IP: ICU
Intubations Procedures: Spinals, Airway, MAC, GA No. of ORs: 7
(Main); 3 (surgery center) No of Dept: 164 EMR: Epic Other Info: -
100% medical supervision - Will assist in covering L&D for C/S
and placing spinals Hospital Privileges required: Yes Temporary
Privileges available: Yes Travel, lodging, and malpractice
