Job Description General Surgeon opening Located in State
College, PA Full-Time | Collegiate Community | Scopes Preferred
Experience outside training required as this is a remote location
with no backup.We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
General Surgeon to join our dynamic surgical team in State College,
Pennsylvania. This full-time opportunity offers a balanced mix of
surgical cases in a thriving medical community, with access to
advanced resources and a collegial team. Candidates with endoscopy
(EGD and colonoscopy) experience are strongly preferred.Position
Overview:Broad-based general surgery practice with opportunity to
tailor cases to your expertiseAccess to modern ORs and a
collaborative, multi-specialty medical staffEndoscopy
(EGD/colonoscopy) experience preferredShared call schedule with
well-supported infrastructureTeaching opportunities may be
available through local partnershipsQualifications:MD or DO from an
accredited programBoard Certified / Board Eligible in General
SurgeryEligible for Pennsylvania medical licenseExperience with
scopes is a plusStrong communication and teamwork
