Fellowship programs and is set to open a new Medical School in
2027, with academic affiliations established with Johns Hopkins.

technology and advancements & Cutting-edge skills labs Practice
Highlights: • Joining an established urology practice alongside two
exceptional Urologists • Full-scope Urology position. Needs for
General and Robotics Urologists. All subspecialty physicians are
encouraged to apply. (Robotics not required) • 1:3 Call and a goal
of growing the service to 5 Urologists. • Teaching opportunities
available for physicians interested in working with Residents and
Medical School Students (2027). • Long-term program goal to open
Urological Residency Compensation: • Commencement Bonus: $200,000 •
Signing Bonus: $50,000 • Starting Salary: $575,000 to $600,000 o
Salary after year 3 mirrors prior year production o Salary is
eligible for an annual increase of up to 3% • $65 per RVU eligible
starting year-1 o Uncapped Income Potential • Retirement Planning
with 2% Match Year-1 o Year 2 WellSpan Funds 4% of your salary
(paid without match requirement) in addition to the 2% match. •
Stipend Available: $2,500 Monthly • Relocation: Paid. WellSpan
