Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist | Anesthesiology - General/Other Location: Dover, PA Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 4 days x 10 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Location: PA Start Date: May 10 Schedule: 4–5 shifts/week | 10-hour shifts | No Call Position Description We are seeking a skilled CRNA to join a leading hospital (Level I Trauma Center) providing high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care. You’ll work in a collaborative, medically directed model alongside anesthesiologists and surgical teams across a wide variety of complex cases. What You’ll Do: Deliver anesthesia care across multiple specialties including trauma, cardiac, neuro, OB/GYN, ortho, and more Work within a medically directed model (1:3, max 1:4) Perform anesthesia techniques including GETA, MAC, regional, spinal, and ultrasound-guided procedures Administer epidurals independently (no physician present) Utilize Epic EMR for documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes Shift Details: Day shifts: 0615–1645, 0630–1630, 0700–1700 (M–F) Weekend coverage: Sat/Sun 7p–7a No block scheduling Facility Highlights: 593-bed hospital Level I Trauma Center Exposure to diverse and complex cases Requirements ?
