Schedule: M-F 8:30am-4:30pm Pay Range: $75,000-85,000 About The

financial wellness services About the Role: As a Clinical
Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in supporting both
staff and client care across multiple of our Partial
Hospitalization Programs. Key Responsibilities: Provide oversight
for clinical staff across at least three programs (adult and
adolescent PHP/IOP) Support and respond to crisis situations as
needed Ensure compliance with clinical documentation and regulatory
standards (treatment plans, authorizations, discharge summaries,
etc.) Maintain a small caseload (consultations, individual
sessions, etc.) Lead daily team huddles and weekly group
supervision Collaborate closely with psychiatry and
interdisciplinary teams Conduct chart audits and staff evaluations
Support day-to-day site needs and operations Serve as an ambassador
of the Sanare Way , reinforcing clinical excellence and best
practices What You Bring: Active clinical license with at least 3
years of experience in higher levels of care Prior supervision
experience (or a strong passion for mentoring clinicians) Knowledge
of evidence-based treatment approaches Strong understanding of
clinical documentation and compliance standards Excellent
interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to provide clear,
