Physical Therapist Location: Phillipsburg, NJ Agency: Ambition 24Hours Pay: $2,847 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Physical Therapist (PT) 13 Week Contract Location: Phillipsburg, New Jersey Setting: Rehabilitation / Skilled Nursing Contract Length: 13 Weeks Start Date: April 27, 2026 End Date: July 25, 2026 Schedule: Monday Friday Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week Estimated Pay Rate: $57 $67 per hour Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract assignment in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery, helping them restore mobility, improve strength, and maximize functional independence. This role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized rehabilitation plans while delivering high-quality patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients physical conditions, mobility limitations, and functional abilities Develop and implement individualized therapy treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Educate patients and caregivers on exercise programs and injury prevention Document patient care and progress in electronic medical records Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff to coordinate care Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Assist patients with improving strength, flexibility, balance, and range of motion Requirements Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Jersey Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
