Nuclear Medicine Tech Location: Washington, DC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,013 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Profession: Nuclear Medicine/PET Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 8 Hours per Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist License: Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certifications: Board Certified NMTCB or ARRT(N) Must-Have: Advanced Registration in PET is a plus Description: Performs in vivo nuclear medicine procedures using tagged radionuclides. Doses patients with radiopharmaceuticals and pharmaceuticals as prescribed by the physician's orders and under the supervision of a Radiologist. Completes quality control and quality assurance procedures as required. Ensures complete and accurate data entry in the Hospital Information System and Picture Archival and Communication System. Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program preferred. Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist with the ARRT or CNMT certified through NMTCB. A bachelor's degree in nuclear medicine from an accredited college or university is preferred. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Skills Checklist Specialty Exam
