Job Description:
U.S. Renal Care is seeking a dedicated Dialysis Patient Care
Technician to join our compassionate team of healthcare
professionals in a dynamic and rewarding environment. Our
technicians play a pivotal role in providing essential dialysis
treatment to patients suffering from renal diseases. As a part of
our team, you will work under the supervision of nurses and doctors
to ensure high-quality care tailored to patient-specific needs.
This includes preparing and maintaining dialysis machines,
monitoring patients during treatment, and supporting overall
treatment plans. Set up and prepare dialysis equipment for use
according to the center’s protocols Monitor patients during
dialysis treatment and report any concerns to the supervising nurse
Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of the dialysis machines
and work area Assist in the implementation of treatment plans as
prescribed by healthcare professionals Educate patients on dialysis
procedures and maintenance as part of their overall treatment plan
Maintain accurate patient records and document all treatments and
observations Detailed understanding of dialysis machines and
equipment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to
follow detailed instructions and maintain a calm demeanor in
high-pressure situations Physical stamina and strength to assist
patients Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation related to
dialysis treatment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision

Technician (CCHT) preferred CPR certification required
