Prior acute care experience. Prior Oasis documentation experience Must have acute or long-term care experience and skills. Patient Ratio Experience: 1:6 daily Charting System: Required, Oasis Travel Experience Required: Yes Note: Must have prior recent skilled home care experience. Certfications: BLS Current valid driver's license and auto insurance., Dependable vehicle RN MD nursing state License or Compact nursing state License required
