a locum tenens Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
assignment in Rural Northeastern Pennsylvania (PA) . You’ll work
with a welcoming, tight-knit, and social anesthesia team. This CRNA
job is scheduled for 40 hours/week across 5 shifts per week , with
optional weekend coverage that may be available. Locum Tenens CRNA
Job Details Position Type: (Locum Tenens) Location: Medical center
in Rural Northeastern PA Start Date: ASAP Duration: 26 weeks
(coverage needed through August; extension possible) Hours per
Week: 40 Shifts per Week: 5 Shift Duration: 8-hour days (8s or 10s
preferred; other availability considered) Weekend Option: Optional
weekend coverage may be available (7a–7p or 7p–7a) Openings: 4
Weekly Estimated Pay: $9,600 per week CRNA Job Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5 years of CRNA experience required (no new
graduates) Active CRNA certification and ability to practice
on-site in Pennsylvania (state licensure or eligibility, as
applicable) Required clinical experience: Trauma anesthesia and OB
anesthesia Comfort working in a collaborative Anesthesia Care Team
(ACT) environment Credentialing: Typically 60–90 days (may be
closer to 60 with prompt submission) Key Responsibilities (General
& Acute Care Anesthesia) Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care
across general and acute care cases Perform pre-anesthesia
assessments, develop anesthesia plans, and manage intraoperative
anesthesia and emergence Support General, OB and trauma-related
anesthesia coverage consistent with prior experience Collaborate
closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing, and
perioperative teams to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate
documentation Scope note: CRNAs do not perform epidurals or nerve
blocks; CRNAs support physicians with epidurals Apply today to be
