• Schedule: 8:00am- 5:00pm Monday-Friday
• Pay Rate: $45,000-$55,000/yr.Job Responsibilities & Description for Mechanical Customer Service:
  • Superior customer service experience, preferably with technical/mechanical products
  • Excellent level of follow up - outbound calls will be made
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent computer skills Job Requirements for Mechanical Customer Service:
    • At least 2 years of customer service experience required.
    • Excellent communication skills including active listening.
    • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
    • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
