By joining Team Amazon as Partner Sales Account Manager - Retail;
you will be working closely with Amazon to drive Sales for Intel
powered devices and driving the strategy and execution of a major
got to market strategy, partnering with our OEM partners and OS
partners. Amazon is the only retail at intel covered inside the
Global Strategic Accounts organization within the Sales and
Marketing Group; this role provides multiple opportunities to
expand your scope by partnering with your peers in other
geographies and expanding into new business pilots and
ventures.

Intel's Sales and Marketing SMG organization work with global
customers and partners to solve critical business problems with
Intel-based technology solutions. SMG works across business units
to amplify the customer's voice and deliver solutions that
accelerate their business. We work across numerous industries,
including retail, enterprise, government, cloud services, and
healthcare as examples. Our sales force navigates a complex partner
and customer ecosystem while shaping product roadmaps, driving
value for our customers, and collaborating to harness emerging
technology trends to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Responsibilities:
This is a commissioned sales position responsible for managing the
relationship between Intel and Amazon by establishing and
cultivating relationships with key individuals at accounts.
This is sales role to work with US Consumer-Retail partners to
drive Intel CPUs computer-based products to grow within the Amazon
platform.
Ensure that goals are consistent with Intel's strategic direction
of maximizing the business with assigned accounts over the short
and long term.
Increasing the preference for Intel based systems among assigned
customers. Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned annual
KPI- quotas.
Communicate strategies to appropriate key stakeholders, including
OEM-MNC team and Global BU and BU sales as well as Global Marketing
team to obtain required support and coordination.
Develop a clear understanding of Intel's business practices,
including pricing, forecasting, terms and conditions, distribution,
and code of ethics.
A strong candidate will demonstrate:
Demonstrated thought-leadership and relationship building /
management with senior internal stakeholders and external partners
and proven influencing skills.
Ability to build, foster and nurture strong relationships with
cross-functional and international teams.
Strong strategic mentality and analytical skills; ability to
balance between analytical and creative thinking, analytical
background.
Well-organized, meticulous multi-tasker with excellent written,
verbal, and visual presentation skills.
Proactive, driven, problem solver and positive demeanor. -remains
cool under pressure.
Previous field sales and account management skills.
Ability to take data and distill it into a meaningful and coherent
story, i.e experienced in scenario modeling in excel.
Long-term strategic thinking balanced with near-term execution
skills.
Qualifications
Disclaimer: Role can be hybrid or remote, location is flexible
within the USA.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially
considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in
addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus
factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible
for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any related filed.
3+ years of consumer sales and marketing experience
3+ years of experience in consumer electronics with or as a
retailer or an OEM.
Preferred qualifications
Has knowledge of working at/with online retailers.
Experience in consumer electronics with or as a retailer.
Experience with vendor management, marketing, or sales in
e-commerce channels.
High Level understanding of marketing, in addition to sales
functions.
Experience with developing/executing online marketplace
strategy.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US,
Washington, California: $147,750.00-$236,090.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location
and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows
employees to split their time between working on-site at their
assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work
model may change to accommodate business needs.
