Location: Harrisburg, PAShift: 1st ShiftWork model: On-SiteSchedule: FULLTIME; Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.Job overview: Schneider is seeking a Driver Training Team Leader in Harrisburg to oversee the daily operations of a Schneider Driver Training Academy. The Driver Training Team Leader will provide leadership to driver trainers who onboard student drivers and ensure Schneider's training program meets the needs of drivers. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the performance of driver trainers at a Schneider Training Academy and provide feedback when necessary.
• Recommend improvements to meet training needs.
• Provide a welcoming and productive learning environment for student drivers.
• Track and report on training metrics.
• Be accountable for the overall success of student drivers during training.
• Work with Safety and Operations leaders to provide updates on student drivers' progress in training.
• Work with driver trainers in identifying new training methods when student drivers are not achieving proficiency. Skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of training experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to positively coach, lead and influence a team. Pay and benefits:
