Job Specifications: - Starting Wage: $2.83/hr - $5.29/hr - If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips - Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026 - Shift Type: Part Time hours available - Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age - Housing Availability: No Job Responsibilities: - Make connections with guests and co-workers - Share our passion for the mountains during service - Follow the leadership’s guidelines outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting - Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests - Operate a point-of-sale system to enter orders properly - Maintain a clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday - Ski/Snowboard out after work (optional location dependent) - Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: - We will teach you all the necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is necessary - Desire to learn and grow - Must be able to communicate fluently in English - Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40lbs The expected pay range is $2.83/hr - $5.29/hr.
