Proven success managing operations with $4M annual F&B sales . Leadership: Ability to oversee a full team of subordinate managers, events specialists, and chefs. Strong track record of building sales, driving profitability, and exceeding guest and employee expectations. Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and fostering a positive team culture.
