Job Description:
Banquet Bartenders set up, execute and break down the event
bar/bars under the supervision of the Captain, Co-Captain, and Bar
Captains (on larger events). Typical assignments include preparing
drink pass, setting up main and satellite bars, making specialty
cocktails, keeping inventory of beverage products, serving guests
quality drinks with speed and precision. As the bartender is the
focal point of interaction with the guest, it is critical to
provide professional warm service.
