Job Description:
Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Human Resources Director.
This is a REMOTE opportunity! The qualified candidate will be
responsible for planning, directing, leading, developing and
coordinating the policies and activities of the HR department. The
HR director will report directly to the President of the
company.Responsibilities:Identify staffing and recruiting needs;
recruit, hire, and train new staffOversee the departments daily
workflowProvide performance evaluationsHandle discipline and
terminations within company policyWork with senior leadership to
define the company s mission and goalsDevelop best practices for
hiring and talent managementDevelop and administer all human
resource programsMonitor and ensure the organizations compliance
with federal, state and local employment lawsTakes part of
professional development and networking
conferencesRequirements:Bachelor s degree required5+ years of human
resources management experienceStrong knowledge of employment
related laws and regulationsSHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferredExcellent
communication skillsExcellent negotiation skillsMust be able to
meet deadlinesAbility to adapt to the needs of the organization and
