Job Description Job Description Job Posting: Internal Medicine Physician (Immediate Need position) Job Type: Full-Time Location: Lancaster, CA Setting: Outpatient / Primary Care – Adult Medicine Employment Type: Direct hire Sign on Bonus Relocation Assistance Benefits Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Internal Medicine Physician to provide adult primary and preventive healthcare in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will deliver patient-centered care to a diverse population, focusing on chronic disease management, health maintenance, and preventive services within a collaborative, team-based model. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive primary care to adult and geriatric patients Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and COPD Perform preventive screenings and wellness visits Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries Collaborate with behavioral health, case management, and specialty teams Maintain accurate records within the EHR system Participate in care coordination and quality improvement programs Provide leadership and mentorship to allied health staff and trainees Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school 2 Years experience required Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Active California Medical License (or eligibility to obtain) Current DEA and BLS/ACLS certification Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to serving diverse populations, including medically underserved communities Bilingual (English/Spanish) plus Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
