Job Description Job Description Bilingual Recruiter (CDL recruiting experience preferred) Location: Annapolis, MD (in office Monday through Friday) Salary: $75-85k We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to manage full-cycle recruiting for CDL driver positions. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while building a strong pipeline of qualified drivers. Responsibilities: - Source CDL driver candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach - Conduct candidate screenings (CDL qualifications, experience, availability) - Communicate with candidates in both English and Spanish - Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process - Partner with operations leadership to meet hiring needs - Track recruiting activity and pipeline progress Qualifications: - 3–5 years of recruiting experience (transportation, logistics, or skilled labor preferred) - Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) - Experience recruiting CDL drivers or similar roles is a plus - Strong communication and organizational skills What We Offer: - Competitive pay - Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, growing environment - Career growth potential
