As an IT Systems & Software Admin IV, you will be a member of the team that supports the Backup and Recovery environment. You will be responsible for providing support as part of a global team that provides hardware and operating system support via \\"follow the sun\\" support model. You will support an environment that is geographically dispersed. In addition to routine daily support, the team will support new solutions (hardware, software and operating systems) as they are identified.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

* Project Management

* Lead technologist for the Backup/Recovery Environment (CommVault, Veeam)

* Ensures that hardware, software and operating system patches and updates are applied

* Excellent problem-solving skills

* Experience working with customers/vendors troubleshooting third party applications

* Ability to work with large groups responding to high priority issues

* Provide training and mentorship to other professional employees

* Generally, requires Bachelor's degree in appropriate field or a minimum of 10 years of experience
