Mid-Atlantic Trane in Pennsylvania is hiring an Account Manager to
join our Team. Candidates can be in the Lehigh Valley, Northeastern
PA or Central PA geographies. In this role, you will be responsible
for **further developing already and in-place existing long-term
customer relationships** with Commercial and Industrial building
owners. You will provide knowledge and consultation in the form of
developing building system related solutions for customer problems,
including financial, technology and energy-based considerations.
Your focus will be on providing customers a total solution for
buildings focused on improved operational costs, reduced carbon
emissions, and enhanced systems resiliency and reliability.
+ Determine needs, develop and execute an account or opportunity
specific business plan to identify the long term, mutual support
requirements required to facilitate a strong, profitable and
+ Provide a consultative approach to deliver outcomes for
customers' evolving building and energy questions, such as
net-zero, carbon reduction and financing options.
+ Combine our world class services, data and analytics, and
building management, energy and automation systems to deliver the
right solution to positively impact our customer's mission.
+ Lead a consultative process focused on the customers' needs
+ Informs with data and insights
+ Assesseswhat matters most, what challenges to overcome and
identify any constraints
+ Advises, with subject matter experts, to configure the potential
+ Delivers a range of impactful solutions that are quantifiable and
+ Travel to customer sites is required. During the site visits, the
employee may be exposed to variable weather conditions; moving
mechanical parts; heights, and other variable environmental
conditions based on location.
+ Those with sales or consulting experience in the IT, Finance,
Energy Supply or Sustainable Energy markets will be preferred.
+ Minimum bachelor's degree from a two-year technology
organization, college or university, or minimum two (2) years of
IT, finance, energy or sustainable practice solution experience; or
equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months,
with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not
+ DUI in the previous 5 years;
+ Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or
multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the
previous 3 years.
