Job Title: Senior Windows System Administrator
Location: College Park, MD
Summary
We deliver essential technology services to our customers in support of their missions to sustain the national security and economic interest of our nation. We are seeking qualified candidates in support of an end-to-end data center managed service for the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) that includes computing, storage, and networking tasks. SecuriGence is seeking a Senior Windows System Administrator to help contribute to our success. Help us solve problems with Innovation Through Intelligence.
Responsibilities
Provide support for Windows systems running on 2012/2016/2019. Activities include troubleshooting, patching, backing up / restoring of VM's, deploying new VM's and working with application teams on Middleware support. Lead team of Junior admins in resolving system issues.
Windows Administrative activities include:

• Maintaining a stable Windows environment.
  
• Patch servers monthly or on as needed basis for vulnerabilities.
  
• Use Ansible tower to manage and maintain the Windows environment.
  
• Write Ansible scripts to optimize SA work.
  
• Manage Puppet in providing compliance of the Windows environment.
  
• Manage and maintain repo server and its repositories and the devices that pull down the repos.
  
• Manage Active Directory and DNS.
  
• Proficient in VMWare Esxi infrastructure and knowledge on deploying VM's.
  
• Must be able to work independently to provide input and recommendations into the design phase and successfully execute requirements.
  
• Must excel at troubleshooting complex problems to resolution.
  
• Must be able to configure and install virtual desktop infrastructure and Enterprise backup solutions.
  
• Must be able to tune system utilizations for memory, processes, and network performance.
  
• Must be able to train and mentor Junior Level SA's.
  
  Qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with planning, designing, and installing virtual hardware/software/storage within an Enterprise datacenter.
    
  • Must have Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent.
    
  • Should have expert level knowledge on Ansible and managing of Windows environment.
    
  • Active Directory Management.
    
  • VMWare ESXi.
    This contract requires all candidates to be a U.S. Citizen.
    No Remote Work allowed. No remote work requests entertained. Overtime is not required. Travel is not required. Weekend and on call work will be required.About
