Job Description:
Join B. Braun Medical Inc., a leader in innovative healthcare
solutions, as an Ops Strategy Analyst I in our Research, Analytics
& Strategic Planning department. In this role, you will leverage
data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiencies and
contribute directly to projects that help prevent treatment errors
and boost overall safety in healthcare environments. You will work
closely with cross-functional teams to identify strategic
opportunities and implement analytical frameworks that support our
mission of delivering safer medical products and services. Analyze
complex data sets to identify trends, efficiencies, and
opportunities for process improvements in healthcare operations.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and department leaders to
develop strategies that align with organizational goals and
compliance standards. Support the implementation of new operational
strategies and monitor their effectiveness using pre-defined KPIs.
Prepare and present detailed reports on research findings and
strategy recommendations to senior management. Maintain current
knowledge of industry trends and advancements to ensure strategies
are up-to-date and competitive. Advanced proficiency in data
analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, R, Python) Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation
abilities Knowledge of healthcare systems and medical terminology
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Medical Insurance 401k Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar
process improvement methodology is desirable. Professional
certification in Data Analysis or a related field is a plus.
