Job Description:
Lockheed Martin, a leader in the Aerospace & Defense industry,
is seeking a highly skilled Program Agile Lead to join our dynamic
team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing agile
methodologies within our program management processes to enhance
efficiency and effectiveness in the development of cutting-edge
defense and technology solutions. This position is crucial for
sustaining the high standards of innovation and operational
excellence at Lockheed Martin, emphasizing our commitment to
ethical standards, inclusivity, and teamwork. Lead, mentor, and
coach teams on Agile methodology and Scrum values and practices.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives,
stakeholder meetings, and software demonstrations. Support the
Product Owner in managing the backlog and guiding the team while
emphasizing the importance of continuous integration and scope
management. Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance
communication and collaboration. Assess the maturity of the team in
agile practices and coach the team to higher levels of maturity at
a pace that is sustainable. Ensure the design and implementation of
strategies that enhance product development and project management
within Lockheed Martin’s compliance and operational frameworks.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and
Kanban. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical
skills. Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira,
Confluence). Outstanding leadership, facilitation, and
interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Life Insurance Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or
similar agile certifications. Project Management Professional (PMP)
certification is a plus.
