At Amazon Web Services (AWS), we are continually innovating and building our technology to expand our global footprint in cloud computing. As a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager in Data Center Planning & Delivery, you will be pivotal in managing our projects that design, plan, and execute on the infrastructure needed to support the world's leading cloud computing platform. This role involves the coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budgeted delivery of data center projects. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Strong project management skills Deep understanding of data center infrastructure and cloud services Ability to lead cross-functional teams Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with PM software tools such as MS Project, Asana, or JIRA Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
