We are seeking an associate litigation attorney who is either a current third year law student or a recent grad who has recently sat for, or is planning on sitting for the Virginia bar, or who is already licensed in Virginia. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently licensed in Virginia, Maryland and/or D.C. and/or who have litigation/courtroom experience. Each attorney at our office is expected to be able to be reliable, detail oriented, organized, possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and have the ability to work in a team environment. We offer professional pay commensurate with experience, quarterly based incentive structure bonus system, 100% employer paid health insurance, work-related travel reimbursement, payment of all bar dues and costs, payment of continuing education requirements, profit sharing retirement account, and other benefits.
