Job Description Job Description Job Purpose: Folino Estate is looking for multiple Farm Hands/Vineyard Workers! We are looking to hire hard-working, self-motivated, and high-energy individuals to join our team. The Farm Hands/Vineyard Workers will ensure compliance with country standards and maintain a high level of vine health and vineyard integrity. Responsibilities: Establish vineyards, pruning, tape trunks and canes, cluster thinning, leaf pulling Green fruit removal Help with installation of nets Hedging 2-3 times a year Lateral removal 1-2 times a year Estimate crop load Harvest grapes Physical Requirements and Skills: Able to work ten hour-plus shifts, with extended standing/walking. Capable of lifting materials and/or product up to 50 pounds or more. Able to work in varying weather conditions Great time-management skills with the ability to multi-task. Great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across a multi-company organization. Sense of ownership and pride in personal performance and its impact on the success of Folino Estate. The ability to encourage co-workers to adhere to the standards of Folino Estate. Required Qualifications: Vineyard or farm hand experience. Solid track record of success in previous assignments demonstrating upward career tracking. Strong communication skills, bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus but not required. Must be dependable, reliable, and self-motivated.
