Timberlane, Inc., currently has an opening for an Assembler, Sander and Finisher to join our team. This position will involve all aspects of the painting, prepping, and finishing process of custom exterior shutters in both Wood and synthetic materials. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: - Experience utilizing various different woodworking tools and equipment. - Math skills - Experience with equipment preventative maintenance and light repair Skills & Experience Required - Safety as a priority - Focus on superior quality and craftsmanship - Able to read and accurately comprehend written work orders and shop drawings - Ability to work both individually and in team settings - Ability to meet deadlines and daily production quotas - Strong work ethic, high integrity and motivated to succeed - Quality focused; we are not making low cost/high volume widgets but furniture grade products with extremely high quality standards - Experience working in a production production wood working shop - Ability to work in a very fast paced environment with high expectations - Dependable, punctual, and have reliable transportation to Montgomeryville, PA - Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks regularly PIeefac7f3a37f-37156-37965118
